After graduating from Tokash Bokin School, in 1991 she enrolled in the Almaty Cinematography Technical College, where she obtained a degree in Programming. In 1999, she graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Al-Farabi Kazakh State University. In 2017, she earned a Master’s degree in International Journalism from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Since 1995, she has been working at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. She began her career as a technician-programmer at the University Computer Center and currently serves as Head of the Information Support for Management Activities Division within the Department of Information Technologies. Since 2018, she has been engaged in teaching at the Faculty of Journalism, UNESCO Chair in Journalism and Communication, and since 2022 has held the position of Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism.
